We may also collect usage stats which our users divulge about other people, such as forum time zones (I.e. when American visitors use the site). Freshsites.co.uk does not actively market to children, and we never ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect demographic data in order to keep the website up to date and as accessible as possible through modern web design techniques. Freshsites.co.uk uses cookies to track movements on the forum as well as recording your preferred style sheet (links at top of web page). This way we can help make the website more user friendly.

We collect this information through Javascript and PHP recording measures. We use an external team to record web usage rates and to collect the demographic data shown above. The information is collected by StatCounter.com.   To receive our products and services, adverts on the site are mandatory which helps keep the site live by providing a means of income from our users. We may one day bring in an optional paid service where users can elect to have adverts shown or not. Other information we request is optional. 

We do employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Freshsites.co.uk to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II.  Information Usage.

The information collected by Freshsites.co.uk will be used for website maintenance and updates.  Users who provide information will be eligible for competitions, exclusive downloads and access to our huge forum. 

Registered users of the forum will not receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. A mailing list may be added shortly which is optional.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not supplement information collected at our website with data from other sources such as names and email addresses.

We will not share data with any third parties.

We offer links to other websites on a regular basis.  Please note: When you click on links to other websites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours. We cannot be held responsible for external websites.

Our website offers forums, free Arctic Monkeys music, free Arctic Monkey videos, a photo Gallery, news and various other features.  Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge. 

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, will advise you by updating this privacy issue. We may also post this on the homepage as well as the forum.

Part III.  Access to Information

Freshsites.co.uk cannot maintain the accuracy of our information. Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by contacting Mark via the contact form. Users may delete their information from our database by using the contact form. It will be removed if requested.

If problems arise, users may contact Freshsites.co.uk by using the contact form.  We are committed to resolving disputes within 1 day of contact.
